Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesBTL & Outdoor Media Operations
- Coordinate and execute BTL activations, events, and outdoor advertising campaigns.
- Liaise with vendors, media owners, printers, fabricators, and field teams.
- Ensure timely deployment and execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign progress and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct site visits whenever required.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed BTL activation reports with photographs and campaign summaries.
- Maintain campaign documentation and project records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track campaign deliverables and closures.

Purchase Orders & Invoicing
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PIs) and coordinate with clients/vendors.
- Maintain records of quotations, approvals, and billing documents.
- Ensure proper documentation for all operational expenses.

Accounts Coordination
- Track client payments and vendor payments.




- Share regular payment status updates with management.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain expense sheets and project-wise cost records.

Required Skills:
- Experience in BTL Activations, Outdoor Advertising, Events, or Media Operations.
- Knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and billing processes.
- Good understanding of operational reporting and documentation.
- Robust coordination and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an advertising agency, media agency, BTL agency, or outdoor advertising company.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of accounting and payment reconciliation.
