Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-up by the team.
- Guide the team in client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor and track the performance of each team member; provide regular feedback and training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Ensure timely closure of deals and meet revenue targets consistently.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to execute sales strategies.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and current project launches.
- Maintain sales reports, performance dashboards, and client databases.
- Promote a positive and performance-driven work environment within the team.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
