Role Overview: Handle day-to-day customer support for AARUM's childcare management app — resolving queries from daycare/preschool admins and parents, and ensuring smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and track issues/tickets till resolution; escalate technical issues to the tech team
- Assist recent childcare centres with onboarding and basic app training
- Maintain customer interaction records and share regular feedback/CSAT reports
- Coordinate with sales and tech teams for smooth issue closure
