Lead and manage a team of plant workers, including scheduling, training,

and performance evaluation.
- Oversee the daily operations of the tin production process, ensuring

efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.
- Ensure that all tin products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Manage raw materials and finished product inventory, ensuring adequate

supply for continuous operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials.
- Track and report inventory levels and material usage.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and





reduce waste.
- Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production

performance and issues
- Ensure seam quality, leakage checks, and visual inspection
- Control rejection, dented tins, and oil leakage
- Ensure smooth operation of tin body maker, seamer, flanger, beader, and

packing lines.
- Monitor productivity of workers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
