About the Role

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career designers who want to build their portfolio while working on meaningful campaigns, events, social media, community initiatives, and marketing communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs for social media posts, reels, stories, carousels, banners, and campaigns.
- Design creatives for events, workshops, webinars, leadership programs, and community initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, community, and event teams to convert ideas into compelling designs.
- Assist in creating basic video creatives, motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form content where required.
- Work on multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative tools.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.




- Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging social media creatives.
- Good creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand briefs and translate them into effective visual communication.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
