Position Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase enrollments for training programs and bootcamps.
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing calendars aligned with batch schedules.
- Research market trends, competitor campaigns, and student behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, budgets, and expected ROI.

Paid Advertising Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Search Ads
- Google Display Network
- YouTube Ads
- Google Performance Max Campaigns
- X (Twitter), Reddit, and other relevant social platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and budgets.




- Reduce Cost per Lead (CPL) while increasing conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience segments.

Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow company presence across:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
- Threads
- TikTok (where applicable)
- Create and publish engaging daily content, including educational posts, success stories, testimonials, industry news, career guidance, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar.

Content Creation & Creative Marketing
- Design professional marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Create high-quality reels, short videos, promotional videos, motion graphics, banners, carousels, and infographics.
- Produce engaging content highlighting:
