Irish House is lo0king for an Experienced Project manager to lead the successful, execution of recent restarant opening moutlet renovation and reurbshment projects.

Designation : Project manager - Projects & Developments

1. manage end to end execution of new outlet setup and renovation projects vendors.

2. Ensure projects are delivered on time ,within budget and as per brand quality standards

3 Monitor projects timelines.. budgets site progress and quality through regular visit.

4. Pre pare projects reports and provide regular updates to managment,

5. Overseas Civil, Interior, MEP, Kitchen,and bar fit-out works.

6. Strong knowledge of restaurant construction and fit -outs.





Qualification Required - Bachelor degree in Civil/ Architecture,/ Interior Design, or related field.

Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in the restaurant, Hospitality, retail or commercial Fit-out industry.

Willing to travel for projects sites.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
