Working Days & Timings:
- 6 Days Working:
- Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Address student concerns and provide proper guidance throughout the counseling journey.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM knowledge preferred)
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in academic counseling/admission counseling/sales counseling preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
