_About the Role_

We are a UK-based retail group with stores in London, setting up a dispatch and stock-processing

department at our Delhi premises. We're looking for a Merchandiser to handle article creation and

coordinate customer and purchase orders — a role requiring genuine product knowledge of clothing.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Create accurate article descriptions for incoming stock — correctly identifying garment type (e.g. saree,

lehenga, anarkali, suit, dupatta), fabric, and colour for each piece
- Enter article data into our ERP system: supplier name, purchase price, PO reference, product photo,

and category/description
- Check every customer order against the corresponding supplier order and order sheet before dispatch
- Assist in tracking outstanding purchase orders (POs)




- Follow up with suppliers and customers on order status and timing
- Requirements_
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of Indian clothing/garment types, fabrics, and terminology — essential for this role
- Comfortable with basic documentation and data entry
- Robust attention to detail and follow-up discipline
- Prior experience in fashion, garment, or clothing retail preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
