Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and café products while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee, and other beverages:
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and brewing equipment
- Take customer orders and process billing through POS
- Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Prepare and serve basic café food items when required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment
- Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and food safety procedures
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth café operations

Skills Required:




- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
- Knowledge of espresso machines and grinders
- Basic understanding of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Good teamwork and hygiene practices

Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
- 0-3 years of experience as a Barista
- Freshers with barista training/certification may also apply

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in cafés, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, or premium QSRs:
- Knowledge of latte art, specialty coffee, and manual brewing is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
