ROLE: Associate and TL - Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop current business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients
- Explain property details to customers and support them in decision-making
- Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets
- Follow up on company-generated leads and close deals
- Submit all relevant documents post-sale and report to management
- Analyze and report sales performance




- Display strong sales acumen and adaptability

Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales & channel management
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Target-driven & proactive
