- Role Overview:
The HR Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting the complete employee lifecycle for the assigned interventions. The role involves coordinating hiring activities, onboarding, employee documentation, probation management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit processes while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and timelines. The incumbent will act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, contributing to a positive employee experience and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring timely closure of positions within defined TATs.
- Coordinate all pre-joining and post-joining formalities, including document collection, verification, and employee record maintenance.




- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs to ensure effective integration of recent employees into the organization.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including probation reviews, confirmations, extensions, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters and documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, extension letters, experience letters, and other employment-related communications.
- Ensure proper documentation, acknowledgements, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management, annual appraisals, learning and development programs, employee engagement activities, and HR interventions.
