About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Inside Sales
- Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing and other acquisition channels.
- Conduct effective sales pitches and product presentations.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.




- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Student Counselling
- Explain course curriculum, program structure, duration, certifications, fees, schedules, and career support.
- Help prospects understand the relevance and career value of different programs.
- Address questions and concerns related to courses, eligibility, fees, and admissions.
- Build trust and establish robust relationships throughout the decision-making process.

Follow-ups & Objection Handling
- Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with prospective students.
- Handle common sales objections related to pricing, course selection, competition, timing, and decision-making.
- Use effective persuasion and negotiation techniques to move prospects through the admissions funnel.
- Create urgency and drive timely enrollment decisions without compromising the student experience.
