Job Summary

We are looking for a Residential Solar Sales Executive to drive the adoption of rooftop solar solutions among homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on residential solar leads through various channels.
- Conduct home visits and meet prospective customers to understand their requirements.
- Assess customers' electricity usage and explain suitable rooftop solar solutions.
- Explain applicable solar subsidy schemes, benefits, savings, and return on investment to customers.
- Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements.




- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and objections to close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and project execution.
- Guide customers through the required documentation and installation process.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation journey.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through strong customer relationships.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent PureSun India professionally during customer interactions and field visits.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in residential sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of rooftop solar solutions.
- Robust customer relationship management skills.
