We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and grow our stock market sales team.

Eligibility:
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in the stock broking industry.

Prior experience with any of the following organizations is preferred:
Angel One

Motilal Oswal

ICICI Securities

HDFC Securities

Strong knowledge of the Indian Stock Market, including:
Equity

Derivatives (F&O;)

Commodities

Mutual Funds

Demat & Trading Accounts

Experience in team handling, sales management, and achieving business targets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers/Advisors.

Drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

Train and mentor team members on stock market products and services.





Acquire new clients and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.

Monitor team performance and ensure high-quality customer service.

Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes.
