As a Product Manager in Consumer and community banking, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Product vision & strategy: Define and communicate product vision, target personas, success metrics,



and multi-quarter roadmap for framework/platform capabilities.
- Backlog ownership: Own product backlog management end-to-end—intake, discovery, prioritization, writing epics/PRDs, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
- Data-driven prioritization: Use quantitative and qualitative inputs (adoption metrics, developer feedback, incident trends, performance data, support tickets) to prioritize investments and demonstrate ROI.
- Stakeholder leadership: Drive alignment with Senior Developers, Principal Engineers, Architects, and Senior Leadership; facilitate trade-offs across architecture, risk, timelines, and usability.
- Technical product execution: Partner with engineering to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and deliver iterative value in a rapid-paced environment.
