Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their furniture requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain product features, materials, dimensions, designs, pricing, offers, and warranty details.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture and home décor products.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Generate sales through upselling and cross-selling of related products and accessories.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the design, delivery, installation, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper showroom merchandising.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment.
- Maintain customer details, sales records, and daily sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, Marketing,



Retail Management, or any relevant discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience:1-3 years of experience in Furniture Sales, Retail Sales, Showroom Sales, Home Décor, or Interior Products.
- Positive knowledge of furniture materials, designs, finishes, and basic product specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales and customer-service approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/POS systems.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as per showroom requirements.
