Job Overview

As a Telecaller at ISDM, you will be the voice of our brand. Your primary responsibility will be calling prospective customers from our provided database, explaining our services clearly, and driving engagement. This is a perfect opportunity for undergraduate students or job seekers looking for a productive 5-hour daily shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to the provided customer database.
- Deliver a clear, confident explanation of our services in English and Hindi.:
- Maintain a polite, professional, and engaging tone with potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and pass relevant leads to the marketing team.
- Quickly learn about our ongoing campaigns and marketing services.





Requirements & Qualifications
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Undergraduate.
- Languages:Well-spoken English and clear, persuasive Hindi explanation skills.
- Skills: Fast learner, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Work Mode: Strictly In-Office (Indore location).
