- Responsibilities:
- Lead global client service teams in the following areas:
- Capital markets and SPAC transactions




- SEC/SEBI Reporting and Compliance Financial Accounting and Reporting
- GAAP conversions
- Transaction accounting - acquisitions, carve-outs, restructuring
- Accounting change (revenue recognition and lease accounting)
- Accounting policy manuals and technical accounting memorandums
- Organizing and providing technical training People management
- Lead a team of Associates and Seniors on client engagements and provide high quality delivery - People and performance management
- Conduct trainings for team members on accounting and reporting concepts

Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting, with at least 2 years of advisory experience preferably with a Big 4
- Expert knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and Ind-AS
- Extensive experience in the following areas:
- Financial statement preparation
