Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Write excellent-quality code based on functional requirements, while meeting agile implementation deadlines.
- Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
- Contribute to concept models, design and system architectures
- Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery
- Manage Senior Stake holders and always communicate effectively and professionally
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Operational users / Product mangers to deliver projects
- Provide technical and functional expertise to the team
- Mentor and Coach junior team members
- Work proactively & independently to address project requirements,



and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks

Recommended Qualifications:
- Solid Technical leadership, team mentoring, architectural decisions, and driving best practices in software development.
- Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in CI/CD automation, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Expertise in SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ) for event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) and best practices.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
