3D Visualizer (Architecture / Interior)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Animation (preferred) / Civil Engineering
- 2-4+ years of experience (or as required)
- Solid portfolio showcasing 3D renders

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in the following modeling tools:3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit:
- Experience with at least one rendering software:D5 Render, Twinmotion, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production work
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical details:
- A refined sense of aesthetics, design, and visual presentation

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and visually compelling 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior design projects
- Create walkthrough animations and presentation visuals to effectively communicate design concepts
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design intent
- Optimize 3D models to ensure both performance efficiency and visual quality:
- Manage multiple assignments while adhering to project timelines and deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
