Responsibilities:
Job Scope:The role will be responsible for financial planning, business performance analysis, customer profitability evaluation, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting. It will support business decision-making through financial insights,



coordinate with regional and country stakeholders for reporting and compliance, and drive process improvements, automation, and financial control initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance Analysis
- Perform detailed monthly financial analysis of the business, including revenue, margins, operational KPIs, and cost drivers.
- Track and analyse monthly variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Prepare insightful dashboards and presentations highlighting key business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with operations to validate financial results and understand performance drivers.

Customer Profitability Analysis
- Conduct deep-dive customer-level profitability analysis.
- Evaluate pricing, contractual terms, revenue leakages, billing accuracy, and cost-to-serve elements.
