Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2-5 Years

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day site execution, coordinate construction activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and work closely with the team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, and water supply & sanitary (WS) works.
- Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare project cost estimates and quantity calculations.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills for contractors.
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.
- Monitor material consumption and project costs.




- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and billing documentation.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in building construction.
- Experience in site execution, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, RA billing, and subcontractor billing.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and WS works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
