Key responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, guests, patients, or materials to designated locations.
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and Facility Operations across assigned areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all facility areas.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, and duty allocation.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, washrooms, corridors, offices, and common areas.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate deep cleaning schedules and infection control practices.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as required.
- Ensure timely waste collection, segregation, and disposal as per facility protocols.
- Handle complaints related to housekeeping services and resolve issues promptly.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and customer service.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and reports.




- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for operational support.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, Emergency Response and organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards, including:
- Conducting regular safety inspections and identifying potential hazards
- Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures

Qualification and Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Facility Management preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality services, or facility management preferred.

Job Location will be in Akhnad Jyoti Eye Hospital, Mastichak, Parsa, Pojhi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
