Job Description - Junior Engineer - Site Execution
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Engineer and Project Manager in the day-to-day execution and monitoring of site activities.
- Review and understand structural, architectural, and other construction drawings for smooth site execution.
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report any execution issues or deviations to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager.
- Assist in resolving site technical issues and drawing discrepancies in coordination with the design team and project team.
- Maintain and update daily site records and documentation.
- Prepare and assist in maintaining DPR (Daily Progress Report) and other project progress reports.
- Track day-to-day work progress against the planned schedule and report delays or concerns.
- Ensure proper coordination between contractors, subcontractors, vendors,



and the internal project team.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with approved specifications and construction standards.
- Ensure that site activities are carried out in accordance with applicable safety standards and procedures.
- Assist in checking material requirements and coordinating for timely availability at the site.
- Support the team in minimizing rework, delays, and wastage through proper planning and supervision.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Positive knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving and technical skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned site activities.
