Job Description: IT Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

IT Sales & Business Development
- Sell IT services including website development, mobile app development, custom software development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing solutions.
- Identify potential B2B clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Research and identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Marketing Managers, and IT Managers.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, SalesQL, and other lead generation tools to identify prospects.




- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and existing clients.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Update sales pipeline and opportunity status regularly.
- Track customer interactions and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the technical and project delivery teams for smooth project handover after deal closure.

Sales Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor key performance metrics including:
- Leads Generated
- Client Meetings Conducted
- Proposals Sent
- Deals Closed
- Revenue Generated
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales ta
