Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers
- Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality output
- Support basic SEO activities and suggest content improvements
- Conduct basic audience research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with online communities and influencers

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience or relevant internships/projects in social media or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web traffic metrics (preferred)
- Ability to create creative content (text, images,



basic videos)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, insights dashboards)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
