Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily production plans to meet manufacturing targets.
- Supervise MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Arc Welding operations on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and welding quality standards.
- Monitor fabrication activities and optimize production processes.
- Reduce welding defects, rework, scrap, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and OEE initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, EHS policies, and quality requirements.
