Position: Graphic Designer
Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Work Location: South Delhi
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven graphic design experience.
- Designengaging visual content for both digital and print platforms, including in-store branding and packaging.
- Developcreative assets such as logos, illustrations, posters, brochures, and other brand-aligned materials.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative graphic packaging designs that reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to target audiences.
- Deliver high-quality work with a robust command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective design solutions that meet marketing and brand objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneouslywhile maintaining deadlines and attention to detail.
- Collaborateclosely with the Marketing team to align design output with strategic goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials by adhering to the Brand Book and visual identity guidelines.




- Accept and integrate feedback to continually refine and improve design outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in F&B;, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in branding, packaging, and digital content design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to think creatively and execute designs that are both strategic and visually appealing.
- Strong communication skills to interpret briefs, present ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time across multiple projects.

Proficiency In Tools
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - essential)
- CorelDRAW
- Canva, or similar tools for layout and digital mocku
