JOB PURPOSE:



A Customer Relationship Management managing company CRM Software which company uses to manage and analyse customer interactions and data to maximize the efficiency of CRM team with proper implementation of co-ordination and process withing the service team.

SALARY & PERKS

Salary Up to ₹26,000 per month (6 Month Probation Period only) Perks Provident Fund ESIC Life Insurance Gratuity Probation & Compensation Policy Salary will be up to ₹26,000 per month during the 6-month probation period only Upon successful completion of probation and based on satisfactory performance, salary will be revised to up to ₹30,000 per month.

WORK SCHEDULE

Working Days - Monday to Saturday (4th Saturday Off)

Office Timings 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and analysing customer data.
- Using CRM system to manage relationship.
