Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and providing product demonstrations.-
- Collaborate with Cross functional Teams: Capture client feedback and market needs, translating them into actionable input for future product enhancements and portfolio development informing Sales, Marketing, and Product Development of customer needs.
- Maintain Technical Documentation: Creates and updates comprehensive documentation and user guides to support sales and engineering activities.
