Role Overview

We are looking for a young, smart, confident and highly driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with leads interested in Import-Export training.
- Understand prospective students' goals and explain the Kore EXIM Academy program effectively.
- Conduct calls and conversations with high-intent prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into academy admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel prospects on the course structure, benefits, career opportunities and admission process.
- Maintain lead records and follow up systematically.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the counselling and academy team to ensure a smooth admission journey.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Gujarati.
- Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Young, energetic, confident and presentable.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Comfortable speaking to new people and handling objections.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, inside sales or business development is preferred, but solid freshers may also apply.

Someone who is smart, articulate, energetic and hungry to grow, and who enjoys speaking with people and converting opportunities into results.
