Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers who expressed interest in our residential projects.
- Understand customer budget, configuration (1/2/3/4 BHK or Plot Construction), and location preferences.
- Explain project amenities, pricing, and answer basic property queries clearly.




- Schedule and coordinate site visits for our field sales team.
- Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in CRM.

Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply).
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Languages: Fluent Hindi (Basic English is an added advantage).
- Skills: Good phone presence, polite behavior, basic mobile/computer operational knowledge.
