Are you a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced D2C/E-commerce environment and enjoys building scalable finance processes? We're looking for a Finance Controller to join our growing team at Merlin Brands

Qualification: CA / CA-Inter / MBA Finance
We're looking for someone who has:
Overall 8+ yrs of experience with minimum 2+ years of experience in a D2C, E-commerce, or Marketplace-led business
Hands-on experience with Amazon, FirstCry, Quick Commerce, and marketplace settlement reconciliations
Strong expertise in FP&A;, MIS, Budgeting, Working Capital, Treasury, and Financial Reporting
Experience leading ERP implementation/migration (ERPNext, SAP B1, Odoo, NetSuite, Unicommerce, etc.)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC,



Compliance, and Audit
Experience managing finance teams and driving process improvements through automation and AI-enabled tools

What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end Financial Control & Reporting
Drive ERP transformation and finance automation
Own statutory compliance and audits
Manage working capital, treasury, banking relationships, and investor MIS
Partner with leadership on commercial finance and business strategy
Build a high-performance finance team with robust governance and accountability

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
