Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements
- Promote and sell the company's IT products and services:
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as required
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to achieve conversions
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities




- Coordinate with the technical/project team to understand and communicate client requirements
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any relevant field preferred
- 1-2 years of proven experience in IT sales, IT products, software sales, web development services, mobile app development, digital marketing services, SaaS, or other IT services:
- Strong understanding of the IT products/services sales process:
- Good knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, client handling, and conversion:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills:
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based goals:
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive
