Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for leadership and critical positions.
- Build and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Mentor and lead the HR team to achieve recruitment and people objectives.
- Oversee onboarding, training, learning, and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.




- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and culture.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements for organizational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and labor laws.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring HR teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office tools.
