Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and secure new commercial, industrial, and residential projects for LGSF, PEB, and Hybrid Steel structures.
- Technical Pitching & Consultation: Educate architects, structural consultants, and business owners perks of LGSF (lightweight) and Hybrid Steel structures.
- Estimation & Proposal Engineering: Collaborate with the in-house design and engineering teams to interpret structural drawings, prepare techno-commercial quotes, and deliver precise project proposals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local building codes, prefab competitor pricing, and emerging trends in modular construction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
