Quality Engineer - Brass Components

Location: Jamnagar
Industry: Brass Components / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing
Experience: 1-3 Years (or as required)
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Job Summary
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of brass components.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate quality improvements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor rejection rates and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
