Sales Executive - Wastewater Bioculture Products

About the Role

Superweld Ecosolutions is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing wastewater-treatment business.

You will sell our specialised bioculture and wastewater-treatment products to hotels, industries, wastewater companies and other B2B customers.

You do not need prior wastewater-treatment knowledge. We will provide comprehensive training in wastewater treatment, basic science, customer problem identification and our products.

What You Will Do
- Handle enquiries received through IndiaMART, YouTube, referrals and other sources.
- Speak with customers over the phone and visit and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business.
- Develop recent customers through calling, networking and online research.
- Visit customer sites across Delhi NCR, approximately 2-3 times per week.
- Understand basic STP/ETP operations and customer wastewater problems.
- Learn Superweld products and understand which solution may be suitable for a customer's problem.




- Maintain customer information and follow-ups in our excel sheets and CRM software.
- Prepare clear reports after customer visits.
- Coordinate with the technical team whenever technical assistance is required.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and provide good customer service.
