To be successful as Automation Test Engineer you should have experience with:
- Experience in API testing and automation (REST/SOAP using tools like Postman, RestAssured, Karate).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, or similar for automation scripting).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Gitlab, Maven, Docker).
- Ability to Leverage AI for Test Optimization, Data Analysis, etc.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong with Functional and E2E Test understanding Solid expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g.,
Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Knowledge of Payments domain (such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, real-time payments).
- Experience with performance testing tools (such as JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to Digital Currencies or Assets.
