Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s IndiaMART account.
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to leads promptly.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead records.
- Update product listings and ensure accurate product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience working on the IndiaMART platform.
- Good understanding of lead management and customer communication.
- Knowledge of gemstones is preferred.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
