What We're Looking For
- Solid personal social media presence with quality content
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality
- Creative thinker with fresh content ideas
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & emerging social platforms
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Ability to create engaging reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Shoot and edit reels, product videos,



and behind-the-scenes content
- Develop content calendars and campaign ideas
- Write creative captions and coordinate with the design team
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, launches, and promotions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong portfolio or social media profiles showcasing your work
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
