To support this growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations.

Role Purpose

The Billing Executive will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, ensuring compliance with billing policies, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth billing and dispatch processes. The role requires strong attention to detail and effective coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Billing & Invoicing
- Generate accurate invoices as per company billing policies
- Ensure timely processing of billing transactions

2. Verification & Compliance
- Verify customer details including GST, address, and credit status before billing




- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company policies
- Avoid incorrect or unauthorized billing

3. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with the Credit Team for approvals before processing credit billing
- Work closely with Sales Team to resolve billing-related queries
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth dispatch

4. Inventory & System Accuracy
- Check stock availability before processing invoices
- Ensure correct product mapping in the system
- Maintain accuracy in ERP/Tally/SAP entries

5. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices and dispatch details
- Ensure records are updated and available for audits
- Track billing data and maintain reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated against, but not limited to, the following metrics:
- Billing accuracy (zero or mínimal errors)
- Timely invoice generation
- Compliance with billing guidelines
