As the WebPT Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee the entire AR department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions. You will be responsible for setting and achieving monthly and quarterly AR targets, developing and implementing AR policies and procedures, and leading initiatives to optimize AR processes. Additionally, you will mentor and manage the AR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and qualified growth.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a rapidly growing team of high-performing billing department representatives, including hiring, firing, and conducting performance reviews.
- Policy Development: Develop and refine policies and procedures to optimize billing operations.
- Process Improvement: Lead system process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, track departmental metrics, and implement strategies to achieve high productivity.
- Mentorship: Mentor,



train, and guide team members to achieve outstanding performance and professional growth.
- Budget Management: Oversee the department's annual budget and capital expenditures, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Manage the revenue cycle for members, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.
- Customer Service: Resolve member issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high degree of satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

What You Should Have to Qualify:
- 10-15 Yrs of experience in full-cycle medical billing or schooling
- Healthcare compliance and terminology knowledge
- 10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
- 8 years of progressive Leadership responsibility
- Graduate degree from a Govt. Recognized university.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a growing team,
