About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow the

understanding of social media, content creation, visual storytelling, and digital marketing,

with a keen interest in architecture, design, interiors, and the built workplace.

effectively communicate the firm's design philosophy, projects, work culture, and brand

identity across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the firm's brand and business goals.
- Manage the firm's social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest,and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including:
- Project showcases
- Architectural photography
- Reels and videos
- Design process and behind-the-scenes content
- Material and design stories
- Team and studio culture
- Awards, publications,



and achievements
- Industry insights and relevant design content
- Coordinate with architects, designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to source content.
- Write engaging captions and develop content that communicates the firm's design approach and philosophy.
- Plan and execute Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and other platform-specific content.
- Monitor social media trends, design trends, hashtags, and relevant industry conversations.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
- Analyse engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance to improve future strategies.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and relevant interactions.
- Support the promotion of projects, events, launches, awards, publications, and other firm initiatives.
