Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Associate - on field who will be responsible for visiting residential societies, interacting with society managers, and collecting data on the number of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned residential societies within a 10-12 km radius.
- Meet with the Chairman, Secretary, or Society Committee Members to introduce the company's healthcare services.
- Collect society and resident information by filling out the prescribed lead generation forms.
- Coordinate with society representatives to finalize a suitable date and time for conducting medical camps.
- Hand over confirmed medical camp details to the operations team for execution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with society representatives.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records of collected data.
- Travel within the assigned territory to generate new society partnerships.




- Represent the company professionally during all field visits.

Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers are welcome).
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience in field sales, retail sales, healthcare sales, or direct marketing..
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- A bike is mandatory.
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel.
- Basic data collection and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, insurance, or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of Pune local markets and residential societies.
