Job Summary

The EHS Assistant II supports the Environmental, Health, and Safety department at Jabil, Inc. by assisting with the implementation and maintenance of EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS programs and procedures in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine EHS inspections and audits of facilities, equipment,



and work practices to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Support incident investigation processes, including data collection, root cause analysis, and documentation of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS records, reports, and documentation, including training records, inspection logs, and incident reports.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of EHS training programs for employees, covering topics such as hazard communication, emergency preparedness, and secure work practices.
- Participate in EHS committee meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of EHS performance.
- Help prepare and submit required EHS reports to regulatory agencies.
- Provide administrative support to the EHS team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing EHS-related materials.
