Job Summary
- Generate high-quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Develop and execute SEO, SXO (Search Experience Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across Google Search, AI-powered search engines, and generative AI platforms.
- Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content to improve search rankings, user experience, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns with a focus on reducing Cost per Lead (CPL) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, featured snippets, AI citations, and answer engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI search,



Google algorithm updates, LLM optimization, and digital marketing technologies.

- Monthly qualified lead generation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing and digital lead generation.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SXO, AEO, GEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
