KP Architect is looking for a Senior Architect - Finishing & Execution to join our project team in Lucknow. The role involves supporting the execution and supervision of high-rise residential and commercial projects, with a robust focus on architectural finishing and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor architectural finishing and execution work at project sites.
- Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor flooring, false ceiling, painting, doors, windows, wall finishes, fixtures, and other architectural works.
- Review architectural drawings and coordinate with the site team for execution.
- Identify site discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain work-progress records.
- Check quality, dimensions, levels, alignment, and finishing standards.
- Assist in site measurements, quantity checks, BOQs, and material requirements.




- Prepare daily/weekly site progress updates and reports.
- Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion.
- Assist senior architects and project managers with project coordination and execution.
- Ensure the final execution matches the approved design intent.

Requirements:
- B.Arch. / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in architecture, site execution, or finishing works.
- Experience with relevant site/internship exposure may also apply.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel to project locations when required.
