We are a fast-growing D2C and marketplace brand focused on creative consumer products, including maternity appliances and home appliances. We sell across our website and platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and FirstCry, and are looking to scale aggressively through performance marketing.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:1. Paid Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
- Monitor daily performance and take data-driven decisions

2. Campaign Optimization & Scaling
- Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions)
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels

3. Funnel & Strategy Execution
- Understand and optimize full marketing funnel:
- Awareness → Consideration → Conversion
- Work on retargeting strategies and audience segmentation4. Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API
- Google Analytics (GA4)




- Conversion tracking across platforms
- Generate reports and actionable insights

5. Creative Coordination
- Work closely with design/content team to:
- Develop high-converting ad creatives
- Suggest hooks, copy, and formats (UGC, testimonial, demo)
- Continuously test new creatives for better performance

6. Marketplace Ads Optimization
- Manage Amazon Ads campaigns
- Improve product visibility and conversions
- Coordinate with listing team for better performance

7. SEO & Organic Growth (Important Addition)
- Support SEO strategy for the website and product pages
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content/pages
- Work with content team on blogs and landing pages
- Improve organic rankings and traffic over time

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ecommerce marketplaces
- Basic to intermediate understanding o
